Had a fun session with Haley and Michelle. We set the clock for 20 minutes and road for Max meters without looking at the monitors:) lots of energy at open gym on Sundays. If you want to just come and have fun and be social do some active recovery work on Sundays I highly recommend it!
I’m away for a couple days- but Rowan and I made up a wod at the pool! Swimming, squats and push-ups! Was fun:)
