    Sorry that the schedule was not updated correctly on the website today. We have 8 AM 9 AM and 1230 on Saturdays for the rest of the fall and winter. Please let me know if you still need the 7 AM class as some have expressed an interest

    Any time, Terry. No teammate left behind! 43:47 I think. That 2nd mile was brutal for me. Would have gladly climbed the rope 10 more times instead. 🙂 I PR’d my Grace time by 55 seconds.
