Choose 4 Movements Or Skills

With A 20 Minute Clock

Do The First Movement The First Minute

The Second Movement The Second Minute

The Third Movement The Third Minute

The Fourth Movement The Fouth Minute

Continue Rotating Through The Movements On The Minute For The Entire 20 Minutes

The Number Of Reps and How Much Of The Minute You Use For Work/Rest Is Up To You Based On How Your Body Is Feeling.

Please Note That This Saturday Classes Are At 7am and 12:30pm only. Next Saturday We Return To Normal Hours.
