Speed Bench Press With Chains Or Bands

    Did the AT from yesterday with Jon. Worked up to 185# on the squats and 4x100ft handstand walks complete. A few of my 25ft passes were unbroken so I was pumped about that, now just gotta learn how to turn around. Post wod inactive recovery: went to the beach and fell asleep…
