This wod was a grind. You all did great and stayed strong til the end.
10 rds + 6 pu r/g / @265# / modified hspu w/box 25 minutes is a long time. I couldn’t imagine doing this RX. Kudos to everyone who did!
7 rounds…150# deadlifts, r&p band pullups and hand stand push ups with a 15 lb plate and 1 ab mat
6 rds + 13135# deadlifts, red & purple bands, box HSPUI’m not sure who Zimmerman was/is, & I’m sure he’s a great guy, but I was NOT fan of his WOD! 😛
