    Didn’t finish Murph in an hour because I had to go to work but did the 2 miles 80 pull ups with green 154 pushup and 225 air squats.

    54:27 for the full Murph… that was tough but I’m glad I did the whole thing… used the small box for half the push ups, then went up to the 18 inch for the second half, used the blue band for all pull ups
