CrossFit Cape Cod
We are using a new format for this challenge.
*You will be part of a small team/support group, led by a C3 Coach.
*There won’t be any surprises with the nutrition.
*We will hold some food swaps and meal planning groups for anyone who is interested. (Dates to be announced.)
*The approach to this challenge is not meant to be a contest for individuals to rise above the group. Rather, it is designed to have the group support the individuals. Much like the Workout Of The Day, at CrossFit Cape Cod, no one is hailed the winner, instead the community becomes stronger as a whole. As individuals progress, so does the entire affiliate, because after all no one is out only for themselves. (See the QOD “Check your ego at the door.“)
“Why The Teams/Groups”
The groups are designed to help individuals to form a success plan, and receive more support individually. We are encouraging all who participate to meet with their assigned Coach to discuss personal goals and develop a general plan, and have any questions answered. We are going to do our best to put people on the team of the Coach you see most.
We will be measuring the progress of the entire community, as well as celebrating/highlighting individual achievements. I know there are more details you’ll need and they will be in follow up posts, but ask any and all question, or give input FREELY here in the comments:)
