14:04 RX that was tough!
Did 3 rounds of 20 for optional
No idea what our times where…we lost power at 8:30 class.
55# 4 rounds with 25doubles/about 60 singles in between. Last set did 50 double unders….FINALLY! (Applying ice to my welts…who knew jump roping could cause so much pain)
Did the WOD in the weight room at school. 19:15 Rx. I felt so slow and discouraged, but I almost quit after every single round but convinced myself to finish, so I guess that is better than nothing!
opt. Subbed K2E, green banded good mornings. All the ghd’s were full of hard working folk!!
7:18 rx with a 10 second late start because of parenting duty. Optional done and done.
Somewhere between 17:42 and 17:52, I think I was going cross-eyed by the end and forgot my actual time. 45#, finally got my double unders! Optional done. subbed one of the sets of GHDs for ab mat. (wanted to quit after one round but convinced myself to do all 3).
