20:25. Over a minute PR, which is great since I feel all stuffy and can’t breathe!
31:38 Shoulder feeling bad in the burpees so only managed 40. Did 50 all the rest with some scaling.

33:21. Rx except knees to elbows turned into knee raises and my body would not physically allow me to double unders by the end, had to do singles. I could barely pick my rope up off of the ground after the burpees! Thanks for the push at the end Emily and Traci!
