“The Bear Complex”

5 Rounds Rest As Needed

7 “Sets”

-1x Power Clean

-1x Front Squat

-1x Push Press

-1x Back Squat

-1x Rack Jerk

=1 “Set”

Do 7 “Sets” For 1 Round. Rest As Needed, Complete 5 Rounds.

*Do not drop the weight. Stay connected to the barbell through the round, but feel free to link the movements together.

*Work up the heaviest weight possible.

    Always amazing to see Tom in his gear doing Murph! Such heart Tom!
    75, 85, 95, 95, 105- let go of the bar in last 95- only got through 5 sets at 105- so hard to land that bar for the back squat! Big classes this morning !

    95-175# – That was a lot harder than it looked and definitely broke it up towards the last couple rounds.
