50 Box jump, 24/20 inch box
50 Jumping pull-ups
50 Kettlebell swings, 1 pood/.5
Walking Lunge, 50 steps
50 Knees to elbows
50 Push press, 45 pounds/35 pounds
50 Back extensions
50 Wall ball shots, 20/14
50 Burpees
50 Double unders

Advanced Training

This is a benchmark WOD go for your best effort on it and call it a day.

Starting on June 29th We will be Changing Our 8:30 and 9:30am classes to 8am and 9am. There will be childcare and kids classes at 9am. The specifics will be released when finalized.
