    10:10 with 155# and 3 mats for hand stand negatives. I did 10, 8, and 6 reps for the negatives. Thank you Mark for making me challenge myself even though I was scared to try them! It was so great to see so many faces I haven’t seen in a while tonight as well!!

    6:33 (I think?) 125# & 20″ box hspu. Probably should have went heavier with the DL. My legs are still shot from Saturday’s lunges

    7:47 125# DL and HSPU with 1 ab mat on top of a 15# plate…30 second improvement from last time (8:17)…I should have gone up to 135# for the DL though, next time!
