It’s that time of year again, when people leave the Cape to head off to college or go back home. Or in Netties case, move on to a different chapter of her life. Whatever the reason everyone who is moving on right now, please know that we count it a privilege to have had you join us, and be a part of our community. You will always have a home at CrossFit Cape Cod.
