I think I did a in about 11-12 with 165# I spent about a minute each round on the double unders, I am really making some progress on them! (my forearm tends to dissagree with those sentiments, but eh, no pain no gain right haha!)
I think I did the b part around 5 and change.. did situps for the second round of K2e

B: 5:09 with some knees to elbows, but not all.
a.) 11:30- 135# DL, 10 ish DU’s/round, per Sarah.. since I’m still trying to get ’emb.) 5:58 with some KTE, mostly knee ups though.
