    Many of you probably already have heard about this, but I thought I would post it for anyone who hasn’t and might consider donating.

    A friend of mine who lives in Pocasset – lost his wife tragically after she gave birth to two twin boys last week. What is a heart breaking story can have some good come out of it as our community rallies behind Rich to help him as much as we can. Please consider donating to a fund set up to help support the twins who lost their mother and a husband who lost his wife way too soon. Every little helps.

    A beautiful day at the gym. I really am having fun, even though I have a not-so-happy face most of the time. I promise! Up to 65# then back down for practice.

    I couldn’t think of anything worse. So sad and really hits close to home. The positive news is the fund has raised almost $25,000 in two days.

    No pr’s made today, but it was to be expected for not being very mindful of what I consumed. Back at it this week! Worked up to 65.

    stayed light to work on form… because mine is terrible with all of these things. I had a very frustrating day.
    worked with 35# + 45# for the snatches, and just the 15# bar and 25# for the overhead squats.
