Great video. Crossfit is the only sport that is not putting disabled people alone calling them “special”. When they wod with the group, they are the real inspirations in the communities.

That’s what I think I did anyway. According to Mark I do my own made up WODs! Adding unnecessary reps and other spastic dance moves. Woot woot!!
Stayed light again today with bad shoulder.95# bench, 7 rounds AMRAPsubbed ring rows & 1 arm KB swings for push ups
Up to 85# on bench (5# pr) but back down to 75#. Down a band on chest to bar but push ups felt weak – just 4 rounds.
