Started at 105# but it wasn’t happening. Just about made it through at 95 at the end.
6 rounds + 3 + 2
Scaled to 3 up and downs on rope
185# on clean
Advanced training: shoveling the 4-5 feet off my deck after the WOD before it collapses.

Ooops forgot to mention that i modified the last 3 rope climbs 🙂
