    Did another WOD at the Hospital, AMRAP 20 Minutes 20 Ground to Shoulder with my big army duffle bag (approx 60-80lbs) 20 Backward Lunge Steps. Got 9.5 Rounds. Looking forward to working out with you fine folks again at C3!
