Couldn’t seem to finish anything today:) worked up to 125 but then ran out of time and only did 2 rounds of the wod (had to rush out)Happy Friday everyone!
110#.10:56Good to be back, even for once a week. Shoulder better but still not fully there, so stayed well away from a jerk PR.
A: 385# Did back squat instead of jerk because of some soreness in the elbow area. PR, but wanted 405# – just ran out of time and energy. Next time.
B: 9:32 RXMy type of WOD. Played to my strengths – which aren’t a lot:-). If there were burpees involved – this would have taken me 15 minutes easily!
