Do you know someone who lacks the confidence or is to intimidated to try CrossFit? Great news, we are now offering a beginners class on Saturdays at 11:00am! There will also be a nutrition class immediately following that will be open to everyone from 12-12:30 We are very happy to have Kristin Powell taking the lead on both classes. She herself has lost 130lbs doing CrossFit and balanced nutrition. She is a licenced counselor and has been doing CrossFit for 5 years. We are confident that she will help people who, like her, have obstacles to meeting their goals. so let your friends and family know, when they say things like,”I could never do that,” now they can. The first class is Saturday, June 7th.

    Fun WOD today. Hit 12 cal on the rower every time except the last (11). Not sure if that is good or bad, but it is consistent:-) Box jumps were a little tricky on my foot, but pushed threw it and no worse for wear.

    Should I be worried that Mark called me Sexy? In my defense it’s not easy to get my tree trunk like legs up on a wall:-)
