3 rounds plus 15 OHS Plus 12 push-ups @ 35 lbs…that was rough this morning
7 + 2 45#, box push ups
6 + 7 started with front squats due to wrist then had to switch to back squats due to pain in wrist. Starting vegetarian pale diet next week, who’s gonna join me?
