    131 (25 toes to bar) and then got 6 reps into the cleans with 75# I can’t believe the two guys that did this last night made it back tot eh rowers…

    Rowed 60 cal, did 50 knees up (not quite at elbow status yet) and got through 37 wall balls (6# ball)…I was so close to starting cleans!

    181 reps got to muscle ups around 10 min mark. took 4 min to get one rep. glad i got one. pace was ok maybe a little fast need MU work big time!
    kipping toes to bar fell apart fast.
