    Tip for the Day: Stop hitting that snooze button!!! You’re kidding yourself and missing out on precious rest, an essential piece of the fitness puzzle. So snuggle up, set that alarm for when you’re ACTUALLY going to get up, and get on your way to a healthier happier mind and body!

    13:31 didn’t want to chance slipping so 4 x 250m row (I think I wrote 2 on the board ha) last round I ran the 200m since I didn’t have anymore box jumps
