squat cleans, 10 reps @ 50%
50 sit-ups
squat cleans, 8 reps @ 55%
40 sit ups
squat cleans, 6 reps @ 60%
30 sit-ups
squat cleans, 4 reps @ 65%
20 sit-ups
squat cleans 2 reps @ 70%
10 sit-ups
Rx+ start at 60% increasing by 5% and do weighted dumbell sit ups 35/20

This Monday the the 6th we will be having a memorial WOD for Kevin Quinn of Mashpee who tragically passed away on 7-28-18. We will be doing this work out in his honor to raise money for his family. Please feel free to bring gift cards, child care needs, donations or anything you may think would help them out in this horrible and tragic time.
