4 WODs: TBA
Age Groups: 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, (There will be 65+ as spots fill higher age groups may be bracketed more specifically.) 

2 Divisions: RX and Fun Division.

Registration Cost and Field Limit: TBD

We will need volunteers to help judge and organize the event. There will be a sign up sheet at C3 for volunteers.

 We will have an event page online soon for registration. Tell your masters friends to come to the Cape for a great event at the Capes Premier CrossFit facility!

    A gassaaah!! Had to do the “omg don’t puke” breathing technique by round 4. I got the extra fire I needed form Sara egging me on to rip thru my kb swings and to beat Erin M out the door! Lol. Nonetheless, Erin is a beast and beat me anyway! Glad Amy is back at 6am!! Holla!

    22:25 with 1.5 kb. Did not feel great all day. Not that I would have blazed through this WOD anyways. Rowed 500 m for the middle 3 to take it easy on my foot – ran 4 miles on Sunday. Tomorrow is another day.

    Did saturday’s wod yesterday rx and got thru the round of 14’s plus 16 t2b, can’t feel my chest today. I’d also like to point out that nothing beats having the doors open at the box and the music blaring, so glad the nice weather is here bring on summer!
