***************TEAM CHALLENGE #2: 5,000 LBS FOR TIME***************
Each member will choose a weightlifting movement. No duplicate lifts on a team are allowed. Each members movement must be different.
Each member will lift a total of 5,000 lbs for time. Female weight is 95# and male weight is 135#. So total reps to be completed at 95# is 53 reps and the total reps to be completed at 135# is 37 reps. Once the clock starts you begin and finish the reps.
This challenge can be done as many times as you wish.
The team that has the fastest combined time will win the challenge.
Team leaders will send me their final times on Sunday. I will then post the winner on the C3 nutritional challenge page. This will keep everyone in suspense until Sunday.
Team E and Team F have 4 athletes so one athlete can submit two times to the team total but it has to be a different lift.
