1st week challenge for the nutrition teams is….. 250 tire flips.. first team to get their by Sunday get 5 points each team that finished gets 3 point. get it done!! post your finishing time and date on our nutrition Facebook page to make it legit ready set go. I hope everyone had a good first day and is ready to takle this month.

Todays Met-con is our benchmark post your scores in wodify and remember exactly how you did them if you scaled. Also tomorrows work out may play a role?????
