Retest for nutrition challange. Retest exactly the same way you did it 4 weeks ago.
*******Almost done here with the nutrition challenge. Tomorrow will be OPEN GYM for anyone who didn’t have a chance to do the challenge work outs of rowing and Burpees over the rower or this re-test. Monday we will retest our lifting portion of the challenge. Please weight in on the same scale and in the same clothing you did your starting weigh-in and submit this by this Sunday to your team leader. We will tally up all of the challenges and have a celebration party over the next few weeks to announce the winners. Stay strong and try not to forget what you have learned over the past month!!
