Perform a set of 5 reps on each of the following movements.

Back Squat



Attempt to Add 5lbs to your 5 Rep Max on each lift.

Add all 3 weights for your “C3x5 Total” Score

Finish With 2 minutes of l-sit and try to beat Mondays time.
