    I didn’t realize how many times I had a bite of this or a piece of that of foods that contain sugar! I feel much better since starting the cometition, and The 20 Burpees are definitely a convincing reason not to eat junk! Let’s do this every month!

    I definitely think about the 20 burpees if I want to eat something surgary. The sugar craving is pretty much gone, but now I crave fat – not sure if that’s a good thing???
    Greg and I are going away for a week – see you back at C3 on 3/22.

    I’m craving it more because I “can’t” have it.
    I’m starving. Ravenous, wake up in the night hungry. Because I’ve increased my workouts I’m assuming.?

    Nettie go with it Fat is a great energy source. It’s not fat that’s bad it’s storing fat from bad carbs that is bad.

    I am not participating in the challenge, because I thought depriving myself of all sweets would make me want them more, plus I don’t eat them a lot, anyway. Since Robb is participating, I find I’m not eating that “stuff” when I’m with him, cause it makes me feel guilty. Guess it’s my catholic upbringing!
