work out 17.2

Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 12 minutes of:

2 rounds of:

50-ft. weighted walking lunge

16 toes-to-bars

8 power cleans

Then, 2 rounds of:

50-ft. weighted walking lunge

16 bar muscle-ups

8 power cleans

Etc., alternating between toes-to-bars and bar muscle-ups every 2 rounds.

Men use 50-lb. dumbbells

Women use 35-lb. dumbbells


***Please do not drop dumbbells on the wood lifting platforms or drop from the front rack position they are not bumper plates and are not designed to be dropped.


** Also If you are in the open and need to be judged please come to one of afternoon classes we will be running heats and hanging out and cheering people on.  If you can’t make it please talk to a coach about being judged or making time to do so. Thanks and good luck!!
