Every 2 min (for a total of 8 rounds)

12 pull ups then as many reps as possible of deadlifts @ 60-80% of 1 rep max. (your choice)

(Score is total weight lifted keep track of each round)

Example..

round 1- 8 reps @ 200# is a score of 1600# for that round
