50 dead lifts 185/115

while partner 2 hold a hang

100 box jumps 24/30

while partner 2 holds a plank

then 10 farmer’s carry 30′ w plates 45’s/25’s

while partner holds 1 plate overhead

then run 800m together

break up work however you want but do runs together.
