-Wall Balls 20/14#

-Med Ball Cleans

-Ground to OH w/ball

-Wall ball sit-up

Complete all32 intervals of 20 seconds work followed by 10 seconds rest. The first interval is wall balls, 2nd interval is medball cleans, 3rd interval is G2OH, and the last interval is wall ball situps.

No rest between exercises

Post total reps of all 32 intervals.
