Worked up to 61#x3 I think on the unstable bench press.

I am doing the challenge. It will force me to stay on track even though my work schedule may be nuts.

Great job on the unstable bench by everyone today at the 9:00 class. It was a new movement for most and everyone tackled it in great form! Enjoy the rest of the day!

Yet another interesting move! Unstable bench press. As if I’m not unstable enough. 51×3, 10:02 on WOD. Still terrified of box jumps so modified.
Just got back from the Dominican Republic. Bloated like an alcohol induced whale. Going to take my measurements now. Count me in on this one.
