    14:43 with red band. First WOD since last weekend. Travel and a cold between. I did attend my first Bikram yoga class in Houston. 90 minutes in 105F. It was a challenge and my shirt was soaked in sweat. Great stretching and balance exercises.

    What I took from this WOD? Not doing kettle bell swings for 2 months results in EXTREMELY sore hamstrings the next day.
