Our second Nutrition challenge of 2014 will begin Monday the 10th. It will go until Monday March 3rd. The format will be the complete opposite of the last challenge. This is an every man/woman for themselves.
There will be 1 point for staying 100% for the day and 1 point for doing the WOD & logging the time of the WOD in the comments on the website.
