    42 story stair climb

    RX: full turn out gear with SCBA (total weight Approx 50#)

    Goal is to beat PR 25:48

    24:44 today with purple/blue bands and 20 in box push-ups (29:47 last time with mostly green and green/blue bands, push-ups were the same)
    Overall weight loss for the challenge was 9.2 lbs and a whole new mental attitude for eating!

    21:32 I broke up the pull ups and push ups into sets of 25. Pull ups with red and purple band and push ups 5 on the floor and 20 on the box each set. My time was 3 min faster than last time.
    The after party was fun. Nice to socialize with members from other classes that I never see, such as the brave 6AM ers.
    Thank you to all who prepared the food. The food was all amazing. Can the recipes be posted? I would still like the fudge recipe, I think. I’m sort of afraid i might not be able to control myself if i make it:-)
    I missed seeing you Nettie. Feel better soon.

    I was only to stay for a few minutes at the party but was able to have some blueberry crisp…pure deliciousness!!

    Had so much fun yesterday!!! Great job on the PRs everyone…and we missed you Nettie!! Hope you’re feeling better! I think my time was 26:27 I broke it into sets of 25.
