If the weather and roads are to treacherous tomorrow morning we will be canceling the class. If the roads are clear we will either hold class at the normal 9am time, or hold class at a later scheduled time, to be announced depending upon conditions. Stay warm and safe!

    I did yesterday’s wod RX. I have no idea how many reps. Those shoulder to overhead were brutal.

    Me with tbe jeep and I was late and distracted lol! Sorry Sara!! I like focus work. Did my first L sit today. Kinda! Wow those are hard. Stayed with Sara “after school” to do yesterday’s WOD. Agreed on those overhead presses. Eeeeeesh!

    Worked on weighted pull ups, pistols, handstands and double-unders. Absolutely worth the manic shoveling at 8 o’clock.

    I’m with Jenn…shoveling WOD… Squat to oblique twist/ squat to over head throw..time about 2 1/2 hrs.
    1point nutrition 1 point shovel WOD???
