This is Alan and Jamin after the infamous sled push WOD we did in the fall. Question: would you rather do sled pushes or get another foot of snow this weekend.

Workout Of The Day

Partner WOD

As a team complete the following for time:

60 Deadlifts 205/135

70 Box Jumps 24/20

80 Burpees Over The Bar

90 Kettlebell Swings 2/1.5

100 Calorie Row

110 Air Squats

It looks like there is a very good chance that we will be closed on Sunday.

Next Saturday we will be conducting our first official points WODs!

    teamed with with Landon at home. he deadlifted 55# we subbed row for 300 double unders/ singles. 2p/ 10lbs kb but we forgot the burpees not sure how (my fault) 17:40.

    Did yestardays AT 45/45 set of 5 mostly with alot of no rep on CTB 13:01
