Deadlift

Work up to your best set of 3, then repeat it for a total of 3 sets on each lift. So for example if you are deadlifting it may look like this… 95×10, 135×5, 155×3, 185×3, 185×3, 185×2-(missed the 3rd felt it starting to round so dropped it)

    Had a tough time sitting through a movie last night just drinking my water, i love licorice, but the challenge is totally working, that snack was not going to be worth 50 BJB. By the way, How to Train your Dragon, really funny and cute.

    I have the “adult” version of Omnivores dilemna if anyone wants to borrow it. If you’re eating Paleo and want to be motivated to eat grass fed, organic meats organic food and local produce its a must read.

    I would suggest you have your free time after Kelley – having it the night before with pasta and cake was not such a great idea on my part 🙁 But, the next time Kelley comes up, she’s dead meat!
