    I thought we were re-doing everything on mwfSat so I had to figure out what to do with Henry on those days, its ok though cuz I didn’t do filthy 50… hopefully I can make it to Angie whenever we end up doing that.

    25:50rx, not a lifetime. PR but down from 30:16 3 1/2 weeks ago, so I’ll take it. A couple more challenges and who knows!?

    33:31 – didn’t do this one at the beginning of the challenge but I know it’s not a PR… and not RX’d. Oh well! Only getting better from here!

    31:56 today; everything Rx except for knees to elbows, which was still the worst part, even scaled. Definite improvement from 49:30 last time, but I also had some extenuating circumstances that day. I’ll take it though. I’m fairly certain this is an overall PR for me. I’ve done this workout four times, and I definitely think this one is my best and only the second time I’ve done it with all double unders instead of singles. Great job by everyone at the 4:30 class today. Traci crushed it!! Go Team Traci!

    Sean – you may be onto something with the 2.5s to go concept. I bet we could design a pair of socks that are really heavy (by sock standards) that you could use in a pinch when weight poachers are around… I nominate you to chair a subcommittee exploring the viability of this project.

    25:15 Rx today – down from 31:??. PR for the challenge but not overall…

    What better way to start the day than the filthy 50 at 6am??! (Laced with sarcasm) but I love our 6am crew!!! Always fun, inspired.
    33:10 today which is one minute longer than last time, 32:12 however I went heavier with wall balls, spent waaaay too long on toes to bar and lost some time messing with the back extension contraption which was slightly alarming to Mark. Safety first Mark!!! Overall I felt great in this retest. Amazing what our bodies can allow us to do.

    24:50 rx, except the last 25 wallballs I switched to the 12 because the 14 was attacking me everytime it came off the wall…when it hit me in the face i decided to switch…so i’m not sure if I should really count the PR – 30:15 last time.

    28:57- probably missed a couple K2E & did 150 singles instead of doubles

    Didn’t do this one earlier this month but last recorded time I have is from over a year ago & it was 35: something

    32:35 RX. I didn’t do it last month. The last time I did it was last January which was 36:36. The knees to elbows were not RX’d…so I’m super happy!

    I didn’t have the pleasure in doing the filthy fifty last month but I know I did well today, and it’s definitely better than what I would have been able to do a month ago. My goal for the next time this beast comes around (not that I’m wishing for that anytime soon) it’s to complete it RX!
    Thanks Sarah for the encouragement today through those flippin burpees!

    I keep forgetting to post too. 100% for today despite the fact I’m eating enough for a Paleo sumo wrestler. I’ve also been 100% except for Saturday when I had some blue cheese dressing and a couple sweet potato fries.

    And I’d also like to share that I was asked to participate in a study on how crossfitters endurance compares to the endurance of athletes in other sports. I got my vo2 max done today and I fall into the category of a superior athlete. This blew my mind considering 4 years ago I was an obese diabetic with very little fitness. CrossFit, particularly CrossFit Cape Cod, has my heart forever!!
