    My time was 16 something as my doubles we’re having an off day…and this wod was harder than anticipated. But I had fun with the Sunday morning crew!!! Great job everyone:)

    16:59. I made sure I finished just in the nick of time so I wouldn’t have to do another set of burpees! I did singles for the first round and then did doubles the 2nd and 3rd round. For some reason, I just couldn’t find my rhythm in the first round, but I didn’t give up on them! Fun class, and thanks Mason for cheering us on. I will be having nightmares with you yelling “Burpees!” for the next few weeks.

    Again with the sleds! Ugh! Leg smokers. Was a good class. Big class. Crossfit women take over! I think mason enjoyed yelling burpees. It was like playing duck duck goose!!! And will never hear Gaga’s “applause” ever again without thinking of Masons masochistic warm up.
