Part A) 205#, Part B) 2 rounds plus 24 reps at 135 and blue and red bands. I tried to be really strict on the pull ups, which was a real battle for me today.
4 + 10 + 3 RX. Great job Kristin! I couldn’t catch her on the deadlifts. They are my enemy right now.
