We are having open Rock climbing this Friday at 6:30pm

Saturdays schedule will be changing to 8am, 9am & 12:30pm

Saturday January 11th Is Bring A Friend Day!

    Yes, I am super afraid to climb the rock wall! I’m also super excited about Saturdays! Love the option of 12:30 if I want to sleep in a little bit!!

    I’m with Kelly..I have never cllimbed a rock wall, but I will very soon I love the addiition of 12:30 on Saturday

    I was Afraid but it was Fun! Make sure Sarah is anchored in if she helps you climb so you don’t catapult her little butt across the gym!!! Like I did:)

    Yes I am. My son, Philip is an avid climber and I tried it with Robb and him a few years ago at a climbing gym. I got part way up the wall and panicked. This is a fear that I am determined to overcome. I know I can do it.

    Thanks Mark for letting me pick today’s WOD in honor of this unspecified anniversary of my 50th birthday. Can’t think of a better way to hit the home stretch than with 3 PRs.

    As far as fearing the rock wall, I don’t and have already done it. At this stage in life there is little, if anything I get afraid of any more (well, maybe losing softball games).

    And no I’m not afraid and I also have done the wall. It appears the fear should go more to Sarah, as I catapulted her across the gym as well:)
