Three rounds for time of:

Knees to elbows, 21 reps
1.5/1 pood Kettlebell swing, 21 reps
Push-ups, 21 reps
Rope climb, 3 trips
20 inch Box jump, 21 reps
Back extension, 21 reps
Walking lunge, 150 ft

Compare To 12/26/14
This is our first oppourtunity to see how the nutrition challenge is working, we are more than half way in and we did this a few weeks ago. Lets break the PR Bell tomorrow!

    100% for yesterday and I need Bushy to tell me how much a piece of white lion baking company cake…with real frosting will cost me for today.

    Today’s wod nearly killed me. I thought I stunk…until I just checked my time from dec 26th and realized I PRd by almost 4 minutes. Now I’m happy! Very tired but happy 🙂

    Stop putting your responsibilities on Bushy every body, the guy is under enough pressure for crying out loud.

    100% today. I also thought that I bombed today but 24 something was also a 4:00 pr! I felt pretty good after too. Last time I felt like I was run over. Nutrition is worth the pay off.
