20 Box Jumps 
20 Medicine Ball Step Ups 20/14*

*Start Standing On The Ground Holding The Med Ball In In A “Rack Position.” Pick Your Foot Up To The Top Of The Box And Step Up, Bringing The Other Foot To The Top Of The Box, With The Med Ball Still In The Front Rack Position. Switch Legs Until You Have Stood On Top Of The Box 20 Times Each Round.

1 Minute On 1 Minute Off

    My job has taken over my life this week, so I haven’t made it in much but I was 100% for today and yesterday 100% except for a small piece of 85% dark chocolate…I was hoping Mr. Bushy could give me my grade for the day.
