Two Sets of:
Bulgarian Split Squats x20 reps per leg
Perform the reps at constant movement, no pause at the top or bottom.
Rest 60 seconds between legs, and 2-3 minutes between sets.
This can be completed by using barbell in front rack position or dumbbells, kettlebells at your sides.
