Day 1 nutrition challange!

  1. Rules for CrossFit Cape Cods 2017 Nutrition Challenge•What do I need to do?
    Each athlete needs to weigh in at CrossFit Cape Cod by Tuesday, take measurements, and take before photos.

    •Who will win?
    There will be a winner for each division of the challenge. Prizes will be announced.

    •How do I win?
    This Monday we will have a test workout. At the end of the 5 weeks we will retest the workout. We will gather everyone’s nutrition points, bonus points, weight loss, inches, and the progress you have made on the benchmark workout.

    •What is required of me?
    Everyday you need to submit your food score on the C3 private Nutrition FaceBook page. If you aren’t part of that yet, contact a coach or friend and we will be happy to add you!

    Also, you can add an additional point each day by keeping a food journal. 1. It keeps you accountable. 2. We can help you refine your nutrition throughout the challenge.

    You can do this on paper or on Wodify. Please let Sarah know what you prefer.

    •How do I pay?
    You don’t have to do anything. Once you sign up we will charge your card.
