New Schedule (subject to change)
Mon-Fri 7:30 am and 3:30, 4:30 and 5:30 and 6:30, no 6:30 on Friday evenings
Sat 7am and 8:30 am
Sun 7am and 8:30 am
Class size will be 15 athletes, using both inside and outside space.
What to Bring- Bring towel (to conserve paper towels), personal chalk, yoga mat if you would like
*If you are feeling sick, please STAY HOME
*Wash hands upon entering and leaving
*You will need to register for class on Wodify
*You can sign in 24 hours before class to reserve space. Please only register if you can commit to making that time. We reserve the right to charge a no show fee if it becomes an issue. We know emergencies happen but please be respectful of class time and be on time.
*Cancellations can be made 12 hours before the class to allow others to sign in
*Only members registered for the class are allowed in the gym
*Each class will be 1 hour to come in to warmup, wod, cool down and take off
*You are responsible for cleaning all your equipment
*Please respect the coaches directions on what they ask and respect others space
*Safety for everyone is our priority
*We will be disinfecting the entire gym after each class
*We ask everyone to be patient as we work through these new procedures
*Everything will be trial and error and will make adjustments as we see what works and what doesn’t
